Pranovis

Excellent pasta dishes. The owner/cook loves his work - it shows. Generous portions. I am a good eater and barely finished my portion. This food is worth jogging for when i have to burn it off!

Decor is basic.

Food - The food is DELICIOUS. Every time I go there, it's superb. The sauces and noodles are HOMEMADE by the chef...something you don't get often in restaurant. The portions are a good size for your money, although I reccomend ordering ONLY the pasta dishes, not the ones with a serving with meat, as I did not particularly like my Chicken Asiago.

Service - Usually only one waitress in at night, which means occasionally waiting for a refill on drinks. An order DOES take awhile to get to the table, but there is only one chef, which means he cares for and has control of your dish from beginning to end. Your dish is not handled by sous chefs, line cooks, several people at once. Only by him.

I highly reccomend this restaurant.

This was a quiet little restaurant that was recommended by a local business in Chatham. The chef (Frank) was kind enough to come over to the table and ask me how spicy I liked my sauce to be and talked me into trying a special Amatriciana sauce - it was awesome!! The salads were fresh and served with Frank's honey house dressing. The tiramisu was excellent!! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Chatham area for a great lunch or dinner. All sauces are made fresh for each meal.

I hate giving out perfect marks, except in this case, if the chef has his Thai Fusion soup on, you absolutely must try it, best soup ever! All other items on his menu are excellent, best lunch time option in Chatham if you have min 1 hour for lunch.

For italian food, MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! I love this place. If you want yummy pasta then definitely make a trip to Pranovis. I like it so much that I also order in (I think Im addicted to the fetticine carbanara!).

My husband and I have eaten here on numerous occasions. Food is fantastic and service is excellent. I always appreciate the chef coming into the dining area to say hello and ask if everything is alright. The pasta sauces are just delicious. The chef puts 100% into all the meals. The warm, crusty bread is to die for!

The waitress service is OK but the time it takes the owner (chef) to prepare your meal takes forever!!! Wine selection limited to 2 kinds of reds, ugh!
Will not be returning any time soon.
