Crabby Joes Bar & Grill

This place hits and misses with us. Their Chicken Wing nights are good -- prices are excellent and theer are a variety of unusual flavours. The $15 steak isn't bad either. Their Natcho Supreme isn't bad-- Glitters is still the best in town by far.....

If you like a noisy atmosphere, then this bar is for you. Service is inconsistent, so we respond with the appropriate tip/no tip.

They do have small TVs at most tables on the bar side, and free peanuts.

It's a franchise affair, whaddya expect....

I have been to this restaurant several times at lunch hour, today is my last time, again CRABBY should stand for CRAPPY, the food again cold, how does a simple meal get so screwed up. The soup salty and cold again. We sat and ate on the dining side, and our server was the bar tender. The manager could not be found and actually quite rude once I did discuss this meal with him over a telephone conversation. The wait staff seemed very busy and today there were only a hand of customers.

we gave it a try again. The first time My child was put in a High chair that hadnt' been clean and he had chocolate cake all between his legs and my food was cold. We thought it was just a bad day. This last time was even worse , We ordered and it took forever, My food was so salty I couldn't even taste anything else, We ask for sauce for my childs meal twice and never got it. The waitress was nice but they had her doing to many tables, she apoligized. I think we have gave them enough tries I will not be spending my hard earned money on this restaurant again!

I like the food, so I will return, but the service here sucks. The manager is forever running around talking down to his employee's and treating them like crap. He doesn't great or talk to customers, and if you make a complaint about the quality of food, you just get an apology and not a reimbursement. They are confused by the idea of a MEDIUM steak. Its either over cooked, or there is blood all over the plate. Once in a blue moon can they get it right. However, my husband loves the pasta 4 cheese penne, so we go back. I just have to be in a good mood to deal with the atmosphere

The Service at this joint sucks, they don't seem to care about people....the food is crap, I must say that the ribs, when they are hot, are pretty good, otherwise I hate this dump! If I owned it I would take my staff and slap them upside the head and say treat my customers like royalty, because they deserve it if they ever give your restaurant a second chance!! The only saving grace for this dump is that Kelseys is worse!!!

As Crabby Joes is a franchise and The Huntsville location did not care or even respond to my complaint I will never recommend or dine at a "Crappy" Joes again.

Took ill after eating a soggy chrispy wrap, the calamri was disgusting.....this place needs an inspector in the kitchen....SOON

I have been to this restaurant many times and have ordered various things, and have loved every single one of them! All the food is absolutely delicious, served in huge protions and since there is a huge selection on the menu, there is something that everyone in the family will enjoy! The service is really friendly, checks on you often and is pretty quick....and even if it gets a bit slow when they're busy, there are TV's in every booth to keep everyone entertained. If it's someone's birthday, they bring them free Ice Cream, served with sparklers, tons of clapping and loud singing! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Their food is the best, everything that I've orderd from there I have absoluetly loved! The portions are huge and there is something on the menu that everyone in the family will enjoy! They're prices are great and they always have awsome deals! The service is super friendly and pretty quick.....and even if the service is running slow when the restaurant is packed, there are TV's in every booth to keep you occupied.

It was a great surprise when my family and I went for dinner at Crabby Joe's.
The hostess's greeted us, and we very pleasant. Our table of 10 was setup quickly and after this our great experience began!
Our server was great, almost as much as Kelly or Adam who we have had several times before.
Our drink order came out prompty as did our appetizers and main courses.
We always turn down dessert because the portion sizes are great!
The adults at the table and our children were treated amazingly, and I would recommend this place for all parents to go with their children.
We received our bill and were able to pay quickly.
THIS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD IN CHATHAM THIS FAR!!!!
WE WILL SURE COME BACK AND RECOMMEND CRABBY JOE'S TO EVERYONE!

We decided to visit Crabby Joe's because of all of the good specials advertised lately (including kids eat free). We had not been in 2 or 3 years because previously the food and especially the service were not the best. We were pleasantly surprised this time, as both the meal and the service were much better than we had expected. However, we would still like to see a bit more variety on the menu.

And, bye the way, be careful of the sparklers that accompany your desserts (particularly with young children). I assumed they would be safe since one arrived in my 2 year old's ice cream, however I was rudely surprised when I burnt my fingers trying to remove it after it had burnt out.
