Sao Lourenco Bar & Grill

The food here is delicious and authentic. The portions are very generous (I always leave stuffed to the gills!) The only downside is you have to wait a little while but that's because it's all made fresh! I'd rather wait for fresh food than get pre-made food quick. All good things come to those who wait! I ALWAYS TELL ANYONE WHO'S LOOKING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT TO TRY THIS PLACE!!

I had the portugese special, the food was sub par and the service was horrible. I asked the waitress if they could chocolate chips to my daughters pancakes, and all I got was a rude look. she then went back into the kitchen and I heared her say "some guy wants to know if we can add to the pancakes" In a very rude manner. I heared a lady say "tell him to shove it" Once my daughter recieved her pancakes there was a hair in th pancake, I mentioned that to the waitress and then she slamed down the plate and walked away. I would never recommend this restraunt to anyone. STAY AWAY.

hello, i worked there and ate there of course, while i was in canada in 2004 sao lourenco was a part of my life, and it was the best time i had in canada. so i say FORÇA JOE AND ISILDA com muito amor e que vocês nunca saíram do meu coração. Continuem com o bom trabalho.

the food is amazing. I am always satisfied with the bife acoreana, sometimes i have to force myself to eat the last bite cause im stuffed but it's so good!

We go to the Sao Loren?o regularly and have never been disappointed. I would not call the place "a bar" - it is a traditional portuguese restaurant and offers tasty food for a decent price. The decor is nothing special but the food is good. If you want to try something different from the boring KEG, Montana's and the like, try this place. When they are really busy wait times can be a bit long - but the food is freshly prepared and authentic. This is a family run restaurant.

I visited Sao Lourenco on a saturday afternoon for lunch. I had the traditional plate of "Bife a casa" with a twist. It was a pleasure to see that they presented this plate with their own little twist.
Clean and Courtious, with meals just like mamma makes, if not better.
A pleasure to dine at, will definetely return.
