I've been here a few times and overall everythign was good, the one thing they do need to work at though is seating people faster. I waited 6 minutes one time and the bar tender saw me and didnt even bother to tell anyone that there was people at the door. Other then that i really enjoy the place

horrible service...nasty food

We ordered some appetizers and after having been here several times disappointed, we ended up disappointed yet again so no more chances!! I enjoy Kelsey's but not the Cambridge location, bottom line - service is crap, I felt ignored and a burden and after waiting almost half an hour for them to heat up some appetizers, they were cold and spring rolls were still frozen, it would've been nice to have had a chance to ask if they could be heated up but our waitress never came back, ignored us, and just dropped off the bill. Food and service is horrible I will NEVER go to this location again nor will I recommend it to anyone - waste of time waiting on wait staff and a waste of money on poorly prepared food!

The service was terrible and the food was mediocre at best. The wait time was absolutely horrid even though there was only one other couple in the restaurant.

I agree that I have given Kelsey's restaurants a try to many times. The service is awful, the food is never enough for what you pay. My husband and I haven't been in one since this last time and we will never step foot in one again.

I have given the Kelsey's chain more chances than I should have. Regardless of what city we are in the service is hideous. I have been/seen groups/individuals ignored upon arrival (for 15 minutes until they walk out!) while waiting for menus, while waiting for food, forget drink refills. The only reason I gave them any points is their provolone stick (rather than standard mozzorella) are AWESOME-- and occational cravings suck me back in. alas.

We were at the bar because we were told it would be a twenty minute wait but it ended up being more like 5. Our meal was great. We shared appetizers and they were hot and fresh.
We were waited on by the bartender so she was a little slow but only because she had to tend to the bar as well. Would go back.
