Tony Roma's Restaurant

What I don't understand upon entering a restaraunt is that if it's slow (meaning barely any customers sitting down to eat) how can the food take so long to be delivered? we waited for our food as if there were tons of people dining at the same time - it was ridiculous!

tony romas in hamilton is the better route - this burlington location has no idea what customer service, good food and quality means.

i wont be returning to this location - ever.

We were going out to Tucker's but the wait was too long. There were only 1/2 a dozen cars in the parking lot, so we knew we would get in right away. I guess we found out why! The food was barely warm, except the mashed potatoes which were so hot they burned my mouth. The "sauteed beans" were raw and cold with raw chopped garlic on them - GROSS!! We didn't eat much, and the waitress asked if we wanted to take it home. Why, so we could microwave it and have a hot meal? We won't be back, ever!

I love that you get a free meal on your birthday, that's a nice bonus. Our waiter was probably having a bad night, it was still busy becase of the Valentine's Day crowd. He went out of his way to fix the mistakes. All that happened was that the steaks and toppings got mixed, but they took everything back and fixed it and gave us a free dessert. He was very friendly and the food was all very delicious. We always enjoy our meals here and we'll keep coming back.

Although the food was reasonable the service during our visit was absolutely HORRIBLE.
We did not see our waitress from the time we ordered to the time she delivered our bill, our drinks were left empty for the entire meal, the food was a long time coming and even though my husbands side dish was cold we didn't see the waitress or anyone else to ask for it to be re-warmed.
We will NOT be returning here, there are plenty of other great restaurants in Burlington that have far superior service/food.

First visit to this restaurant. Made a reservation for 8 pm on a Friday night. It was not busy when we arrived. The ribs were very good, generous portions. Our server was indifferent. The order was placed, delivered, then we never saw her again. No offer of dessert, coffee etc. Our bill with some wine and the 2 rib combos came to $89.
Will consider giving this place another try in the future.

Best ribs in Burlington, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

This was our first visit and it was fantastic. The service was friendly and fast and the food was exceptional! The portions are huge and the kids menu was really good value. We would definitely go back again!

Ribs, chicken and beans were very good. Garlic mashed was just okay. Service as always very slow.(this is my third visit)
The wait staff have way to many tables and are run off there feet, but with all that they still have a smile on there face.

The ribs were just okay, everything else was terrible. Service was slow to non-existant, food was cold when it finally came, and staff were rude. I won't be back, ever!

Everything was very nice. The staff was quite friendly and our server was very personable, knowledgable and quickwitted. I would definitely go back and recommend Tony Roma's to friends.
