The Keystorm Pub

Went to the Keystorm because in my opinion, they have the best wings in town and they are reasonably priced. It had been a while since I was there so we decided to try it. The place was kind of dirty and had an un kept look about it but that wasn’t the worst part of it. By far it was some of the worst service I have ever had. The wait staff could have cared less if we were there or not. A blond girl that has waited on me in the past has a crappy attitude and should really consider another career. I think it’s time for Dan to make some staff changes. I used to be a regular at the Keystorm but It will be a long while before I go back.

Very nice place every time we go diving in the area we cant leave without our wings. The service is #1 Nicky the waitress recognize us after years. Everybody we bring there appreciate the place.

Great staff, great food.. it's my home in Brockville. I come from the east cost and am used to great pubs. This is the only place in the area that comes close to home.

beer was warm...understandably not the bartenders fault..things happen. Getting attitude from the bartender...not cool. Like it was my fault for ordering it. Who is the moron that mad that guy in charge of anything is beyond me!

Great place! Service was fast and friendly. Waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and always had a smile. Food was terrific and the beer was nice and cold. Will definately visit again.

Stopped in Brockville for lunch. This was a poor choice. Burger was burnt on 1 side but that side was face down. Didn't notice until I took a bite. Took forever to get our drinks although it didn't seem that busy. Nachos chips tasted stale and there was a lack of cheese. Don't know where the waitress was hiding !

Great atmosphere to the place, excellent service. I've been many times and would always go back. Most things I've had from the menu were sandwiches, burgers, salads etc....on a whole the food is better than the average pub food.

I've seen a few bad reviews written here, & I don't know what the place was like before, but I've eaten here many times & the food has always been excellent as has the service. I have also heard several bands here, & only one of them was too loud. (Obnoxiously loud) My band plays here regularly & we always make sure to start the night off with mellower Blues & Jazz tunes & gradually pick the pace up as the night progresses. The Keystorm has always been really good to us, & they have put a lot of hard work & money into renovating the place to make it better for everyone. Some may have had some less than pleasant experiences there & that's too bad, but I've gotten to know many of the staff members personally & it's a good place run by good people. If you haven't been there in a while, give it a second chance, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. If you've never been there, check it out. It's a great place to eat & party it up with your friends!

The newly renovated place looks awsome. Excellent service and great food. Best place to celebrate St.Patty's day!!!

We have tried this place several times and have always come out disappointed. The time we came in July, we waited 15 minutes just for drinks, and she never brought us a menu until we asked! Never a refill...just a lot of wasted time. Other times we've gone for dinner and we walked out - the bands are SOOOO noisy - turn it down! We couldn't talk to one another at all. We told our waitress to forget it but she said she already had the beer poured - and it turned out to be the wrong kind - I agree with other review - they don't seem humble enough to WANT to serve you there.
