What happened to this place? Used to be a nice place to go for a quick lunch. Now the drive thru is the slowest in the city, I have waited for 15+ minutes for a latte. Inside, the service is slow and the portion sizes of the food have shrunk. I just don't bother going here anymore.

I was there a year ago and the food and portions were great. This visit I took my daughter for a girl luncheon and it was very disappointing. We indulged on a dessert waffle and it used to come loaded with strawberries and caramel and cream. Well not anymore. It just wasn't the same. Even the sandwiches aren't as big anymore. Before lots grilled veggies now it barely covers the bun.

- order was taken incorrectly.. had to fix

- charged $10 for a small piece of poorly made lasagna
that was probably purchased from M&M or Costco for $1

- the 'special' was priced the same as their everyday high prices

- lasagna was microwaved and in terrible shape when presented to me

- staff should have been embarrassed and fixed it, but they don't train the highschool kids to care about quality

- garlic bread with bruschetta... I counted 3-5 tiny tomato cubes on each piece of bread. that's not how it should be prepared to the best of my knowledge

- have been to another Williams before without being this offended, so I expect Brantford location is the problem

- free internet is a plus to those who need it...
I didn't need it and the total Williams experience was absolutely terrible

Limited menu, very expensive for what they offer, horribly slow service. Too slow for takeout. After waiting 25 minutes for a wrap on slow day they finally delivered the wrong sandwich.

Good coffee but the speed of service in drive thru need to improve

This is a casual dining restaurant.
The food is good, just enough on the plate for lunch. Good atmosphere, clean enviroment, good mix of people, young and old. Lunch time was busy. Overall the food and people are very good.
