Stir It Up

As soon as I walk in the door I want to sit down and stay all day! The aroma is fantastic. I get my meal to go on my lunch break or I would sit and take it all in.
The meal is wonderful. I always get the Thai Tofu cause it's just so good and just spicey enough.
Whenever I get a cold, I get the craving for their Cold Booster drink....served warm. Maybe I catch colds just so I can order it!? Anyway....amazing and the people are so warm and inviting. What a wonderful change from the ordinary! Way to stir it up!

I had the chicken Rotti, with rice, and a smoothie. I loved ehat I had it was just spicy enough, everything was prepared great, I've since been back and I enjoy the art shows they have going on from time to time, great little spot would recommend to everyone.

I have been a huge fan of Stir It Up since it has opened and I can honestly say that their food has been nothing less than excellent. I am guessing that what "Bob" ate was the west indian roti, which happens to be my favourite thing on the menu. As appealing as he made it sound, its actually filled with chickpeas, veggies, and potatoes in a coconut curry sauce...Yum! Maybe next time Bob should bring hs pepto bismol when he goes out to eat!

Whatever it was, it tasted good and was suppose to be good for me. It sure cleans you out though - 3.5 hours later - BAM! Just made it to the bathroom in time. Wicked gas that night too. I loved it! Wife hated it!

What a wonderful find! I practice in Brantford one/twice a week and make an effort to eat there often...Julie recognizes our clinics number as we need delivery sometimes. It is such a nice place (would rather eat there of course) the service is personal and the food is fantastic. I have reccommended Stir it up to many friends from far and wide to make the trip to Brantford and try it...it''s worth the effort.

Service was friendly, knowdlegable and fairly fast. I have no complaints...it was wonderful, and the art on the walls just added to the perfect experience. Easily the best restaurant in Brantford. Plus, it is so nice to go to a restaurant with so many vegan/earth concious options :)Yum!

The lady that made our juice was AMAZINGLY nice, very friendly and conversational, made us feel welcome in her establishment. ALl the ingredients are fresh, and the juice was fantastic. Serving sizes are a little small, and the prices are a little high, but for the quality of food that you get, it's well worth it.

we have been visiting Julie for about 1 1/2 years now and have never been disappointed. The need for healthy fast food in all areas is vital. I praise Julie for her efforts to provide this needed service. Truly a great person and restaurant. thank you

WONDERFUL place. I can't wait to go back when I have a chance. The food was great, the salad was unique, the service great, and a neat atmosphere. A definite asset for Brantford!
