Went as a family dinner. The food was ok. Took a while to get to the table. Portion sizes were a joke!!! My 3 year old son had more food on his plate then all the adults. Was amazed it takes longer to cook shrimp then a medium well steak!!. My 3 year old plate cost 8.99. The food is very overpriced.The only thing that kept us there was the waitress was very nice. Will never go back!!!

the waitress was very nice.. she checked up on us frequently.. food was good.. took a little long to arrive though.. we waited a good 45 minutes before we got our food..

Ribs were meaty, properly cooked inside, and all 4 sauces I tried were excellent, but every rib was BLACKENED, accidental Cajun style, with the ribs having a pronounced charcoal/ash flavour from being surface burnt, as if they were precooked, and then reheated on a VERY hot grill. I had two full racks of back ribs served in two batches, and had to peel the black dry crust off of all. My wife's chicken was overcooked as well, but not black. Side dishes were all excellent. Waitress Shelby did an excellent job of slinging overcooked meat. Have eaten many times with the moose and deer in Ancaster, Brampton, and Kingston, and I'm pretty sure this is not what head office wants to put on their customer's tables

have had bad service many times, but this time was different. Bartender was friendly. From what i see from other reviews on this site its a good place to go even though julius peppers is a nfl player!

I had the BBQ beef brisket sandwich and it was delectable! The bbq sauce was very good. The food there is usually really good, but I find it to be a bit overpriced, and the portions aren't very big. Service was ok, but we had to wait a long time to have our drinks refilled. Overall, it's pretty good.
