The food is not fresh, it is obvious everything is frozen. It was overcooked and not very enjoyable. I had The fish and chips, fries were fried too long(way too crispy, and brown), and fish was not very tasty. The coleslaw was bland and looked lke it came from a bag-the type bought in a grocery store..husband had ribs and wing combo which were okay, nothing special. Even the bbq sauce tastes like bottled. Everything seems to be frozen or bottled/pre packaged. The bill was over $50, and we did not have dessert nor drinks from the bar. I had received a gift certificate as a gift and we chose to eat at Caseys. Bad decision, will never go back. Much better food at other restaurants. This was the worst food we've had at a restaurant, even fast food would be better and I'm not a fan of fast food. The only good part was our waitress, but the service is not enough to bring us back.

Found the meal to be regular pub-grub type, nothing outstanding but it tasted good. No complaints food wise, but the service was not very good. Felt like I was inconviencing the staff, and they weren't very attentive. The restaurant seemed fairly clean though, which was nice. Not sure if I'd eat here again.

My husband and I went to Casey based on a recommendation from a friend. The waitress we were to ask for does not work on Tuesday. We ordered our drinks and waited almost 10 minutes. There was no apology from our waitress - she was not very friendly. My Ceasar was awful . The restaurant was 1/4 quarter full but based on the service and the time our meals finally arrived, you would have thought that they were in full capacity. It took too long for our appetizer. My husbands steak was over cooked and my chicken parm was not cooked fully...needless to say we did not stay for dessert. I would never returned nor would I recommed it .

We've been regulars since the place opened. The new owners have done a great job turning this place around. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with warmth and style. The waitresses are friendly, very helpful and prompt. The food is usually excellent. We were regulars for steak at the Keg until I had a steak at Casey's. Better at half the price!
I don't know who the 2 bad reviews in Nov. 07 are from but definitely from people who had an axe to grind. Probably from other local restaurants that are losing customers to this "New" Casey's! Obviously someone abusing this site.
Keep up the good work Gary and Chantel.

We had visited this casey''s before the new owners came, and were quite disappointed with the experience, but after hearing that it had changed ownership, we thought why not, and we were glad we did, this is our new home, we were greeted promptly, and on the staff were really friendly and helpful, i had the pleasure of meeting the new owners, when she heared it was our first time here, she came right out and welcomed us to her place , which made us feel special, she also said if we ever needed anything to ask for her, and she would ensure our dining experience would be an enjoyable one, everyone needs to try this place, you won''t be disappointd.

Yuk...Our experience seems to sum up what is wrong with our expectations with restaurants these day. Below average food, below average service and to top it off a pretty nasty experience. The booths were dirty, (fries on the floor and crumbs on the seat). A server that seemed a little grumpy we sat at her table, food that came before our drinks and plates that were cleared before we finished, then if you don't tip 15 percent you get a nasty look.

The experience was a miserable one from the time we were seated. We were informed that they were "currently out of iced tea", which both of us found to be amazing. We also ordered Green Tea, which they served in a tea pot that sported a chipped spout.
What was more disturbing, to say the least, was the fact that the Diet Coke that we ordered due to the non-existance of Iced Tea, was the presence of what we hope is the left overs of a chocolate milkshake on the INSIDE of the glass. The waiter, who did NOT bring the drinks was more than happy to replace both the Green Tea and the Diet Coke, however didn't see it fit to take it off of the bill.
The food was slow to come out, and when it did 2/4 of the dishes were cold. 50% just isn't good enough especially with the filthy glass as a starter.
This is the second time we have had a bad experience in as many times visiting. The first being almost as bad, with the owner arguing with me when I informed him that the drinks as well as the main dish weren't what was specified on the menu.
We will NEVER come back and hopefully this will serve as a heads-up to anyone thinking of heading to Casey's. VERY DISAPPOINTING as always.

I am not usually a fan of chain restaurants, but I found my experience with Casey's to be a good one. Our server, Gary, was pleasant and very hospitable. I found there to be a large selection of modest priced items for lunch. I thought the food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The restaurant was comfortable and ideal for a lunch meeting. I have since been back for another meal. I would reccommend Casey's anytime. I know you will be taken care of. The owners are in the restaurant waiting tables, being involved. They treat you like family. I know Casey's changed hands a few years ago and the new owners are doing a great job at re-building. I can't wait to go back!
Thanks again Gary and Chantelle. - Order: I had a lunch trio platter with the roasted red pepper soup, a fresh house salad and a half of a club sandwich
