Boston Pizza

Slowest service on a consistent basis! We go because my son loves it there. But the last time we went was the last time for good.
It takes forever to get anyone's attention even though they're all standing around chatting by the front cash desk.
When I got the food it was bland and boring and way too over priced! The salad that came with it was a bunch of iceburg lettuce leaves thrown onto a dish with a piece of cucumber and two slivers of peppers thrown on for decoration. Presentation!!!! I could have made that at home for a whole lot less.
AND Healthy choices don't have to be bland choices! Spices are not fattening! They should probably research their menu items and make them appealing to any diet choice.

The bar / snack foods are way too overpriced and the portions are small.

Went out with some friends for drinks and to hang out for a bit one evening. I was driving so instead of ordering beer I just ordered a sprite - waitress gave me a funny ignorant "what's your problem" look, asked me if I was serious, then when I said I was she just looked at me funny some more. I guess they encourage drinking and driving. She got a 1 cent tip.

Been there other times, food is ok, never anything special. East Side Marios is cheaper for way more food and a better atmosphere.

Oh and beware of the mens washroom, its always disgusting beyond belief, you're better off going over to the McDonald's next door.

Their pizza tastes right, but we happen to love THIN pizza. Unfortunately, the kids (staff) refuse to serve the customer anything but what they are used to, and simply say they are not able to accommodate our request. I guess the pizza shells are premade, and it's not possible to use a small dough for a large pizza. Too bad, becuz Brantford doesn't really have any good pizza, or burgers, or Chinese food for that matter. And we eat out a lot! Must be great to have such a thriving business that you can afford to turn away customers with a refusal to please them with a simple request.

It's cookie cutter. Casey's, Kelsey's, Montanas, where was I again? Oh Boston Pizza. Food is usually ok and the prices average and fair. We find at the Brantford location that the service is usually pretty good but don't sit next to the kitchen because you won't be able to hear yourself think. Immensely loud.

Colleen served us and she was wonderful! She was full of cheer and made my husband and I feel right at home. The food was great and fullfilling. Ask for Colleen - you wont be dissapointed!!

GREAT PLACE...GREAT TIMES!

Hostess was great, we were sat quickly. Waitress (Colleen) took a little while to arrive. Order was taken quickly and the food came out quite fast. The nachos did not have enough toppings on them, not like the usual Boston Pizza nachos. My caesar salad was good, just needed a bit more dressing. Taco sald was excellent. Waited around 10 mins. until the waitress came to clear our plates and take dessert order. When we finally were done, our waitress was no where to be seen so we had to get the manager to get our bill.

Boston Pizza is always busy, which is a great sign! Everyone wants to go there because of the friendly service, great food and atmosphere. None of the other restaurants in brantford compare! I have taken my family in there as well as large parties and same great service everytime.
