Red Lobster Restaurants

This restaurant use to be my favorite place to eat... but over the years the food quality has went down drastically and I haven't returned in a while.

The waitress/waiters aren't friendly, and they take forever to take drink orders, and once you do actually order your meal, don't expect them to check on you again until your food has come out which in most cases takes quite a mass amount of time.

If I want to go to Red Lobster again I will definitely seek out one in mississauga and see how their service is compared to Brampton

We were seated and left to wait until we were really upset and asked one of the servers if we could get drinks (this was after waiting 20 minutes at the table and being ignored by every waitress that walked by). When we finally did get a waitress, she was very sorry and our food came along quite quickly. Poor decor. Will not go to this location again.

This was a lunch visit on a Saturday.

Our threesome had Caesar Salad, Stuffed Sole and Arctic Char (fresh fish menu). Coffees finished it off.

The service was terrific... thanks to our server... Tammie. The Kitchen supervisor 'Charm' stopped by our table for a few pleasant worrds. She really lives up to her name. What a friendly person.

The food was very good. My Arctic Char was excellent (wood burning grill).

I was very disappointed with this place. The charge so much and what they bring you on the plate is not worth it at all! First of all it doesn't even look apetizing. We had to wait for 1/2 hour just to be seated, the menu looked great. What you actually order looks bland and shrivelled and the portion size are ridiculous. Don't buy into the hype, save your money and go to a real authentic seafood resteaurant.

I never have a bad experience when visiting this restaurant. I love seafood and save this for special occasions. Usually when celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. It has a great assortment of sea food and their desserts (if one has any room) are amazing.

The servers are always courteous and we are well taken care of. I do miss their bottomless buckets of crab but still love this place.

My wife and I always visit Red Lobster on special occasions. We have never yet been disappointed. Always have a three course meal.

The service is great and we are always informed of the best selection for the day.

My wife love the place. We look forward to our next visit.

We always enjoy going to Red Loster and the kids love it. This time my son forgot a gameboy d/s. I called 3 weeks later by narrowing down where it was and thought of the restaurant. They still had it and told me to come and pick it up! That is just great. They could of gotten rid of it but they didn't and made my son want to go back more and more he was thrilled. Thanks Red Lobster!

I took my husband here for Father's Day. What a mistake! The buns were dry, the ceasar salads were soggy. My husband ordered the grilled salmon w/fettucine alfredo, the salmon was thrown on the grill with no spices, the fettucine was drowing in butter and the alfredo sauce was globby. Real gross, my husband couldn't eat it. I had the Muau Luau Salmon, the salmon was pretty good, the rice was bland, the shrimp were rubbery and a huge slab of grilled pineapple slice wasn't bad but I had to stop eating it as it was so overpowering.
The kids meal were the highlight of the evening! The service was very good, Monique was a great waitress but the service didn't make up for the food!!!

The food here never disappoints. Great service this time... very attentive.
My favourite dish is off of the fresh fish menu. The grilled, lightly seasoned Arctic Char is great! The salad was excellent.
The rice could have been warmer, but overall a great dining experience. Those cheese buns are really nice.

We've never been let down by this restaurant... the food is always good.
The service was a bit slow this time, and the coffee refill was very slow in coming. It wasn't a busy time either. But this happens every once in a while with any restaurant and it will not deter us making a return visit.
