When I went to Kwality, I really loved it. Kwality is at 2150 Steeles Ave East, in Brampton, Ontario. Kwality is a restaurant and sweet area and it was wonderful to go and eat there. The good thing was that the area very clean, there was delicious food and great quality food (hence the name Kwality), there were lots of things to chose from, the sweets and the drinks were delicious and, the waiters were very nice and helpful.
First, we entered and we were seated at a clean table. Then, the waiter gave us our menus and there were so many types of things to choose from. We drank Lassies’ which I really liked. I really like spicy food so I ordered Mutton curry and Naan. My sister enjoyed the Chicken wrap. After that, my dad got some tea and we were all done our visit.
I think the thing that wasn’t so good is that the service was a little slow. I was waiting for a long time which was almost ten minutes just to get my food but, after I got the food I was very satisfied. I think that maybe they could have been a little bit more prepared and a little bit faster. Also, the prices for the food were a little expensive but, that is just something small which I didn’t really worry about. I think that maybe they should have a reasonable price for both people.
I really liked the atmosphere. It was not a huge area but, I thought it was the perfect area and space. There was a bar on the other side of the restaurant and there were TV’s everywhere but, with Indian songs playing in the background.
I would rate this place 4 out of five because there was some things that were not good but, overall the food, service and experience was amazing. I really like the whole area and I will be going back again because it was awesome. Go to Kwality if you are looking for an amazing Indian experience.

This is a decent restaurant that can be far better. Service will always be poor because they pay the wait staff very low. Food could be better is they didn't use so much dye. Goat seekh kebabs are great but they put so much red coloring for nothing. Nice cuts of chicken. Dirty in the restaurant at all times. Lower the prices and it may be acceptable.
- Order: Chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, variety of kebabs, dal makini

We did a take out and had guests over.
The food was so spicy and hot that it was unbearable for anyone to eat. It is like the restaurant punished us for going there.
Worst part was, we called the next day to complain and still had the left over (since it was tastless and full of chillis), but the manager didnt even want to listen. They are arrogant and dont care if they completely ruin your evening with friends.
No courtesy at all on how to talk to people.
NEVER going there Again!!!
Do not spoil your evening. Stay Away !!! - Order: Butter Chicken, Chilli Paneer, Curry Kebob (goat)

A restaurant which spends a lot of money on the decor and can't maintain the basic cleanliness is the first turnoff. Folks serving with black shirts and black pants need to keep the uniform clean, Now to food, seems like all the dishes had the same taste to them, there was no uniqueness. I know the restaurant this old in the market can do a lot better.

I have had Indian food throughout the world (including India), so its hard to equate this food to food in India. Barring that its decent when to compare to Indian food available in the GTA area.
The restaurant could be a bit more clean and well maintained but the price/quality ratio makes the overall experience tolerable.
Not the obvious choice but if you can't think of anything, give this a try

The food is AWESOME especially their Kari. Defintly enjoyed the whole ambiance of the restaurant, its defintly got a friendly vibe to it. The service is great once they get to know you as a regular customer otherwise in the beginning its hard to get their attention, but its well worth the wait. So, overall its a great place to go on your own or with family and friends. But for me the guy behind the counter/cash defintly makes it worth the trip, HE'S BOMB!!..so ladies if you want to enjoy good food and a good looking GUY go to KWALITY!!

Don't go to this place, this place has the worst service ever, all the waiters are clueless to what they are doing. They are just walking around like headless chicken. Food isn't as good as other people say, prices are really high, the service reminds me of a low class dhaba in india. No one has a smile on their face, it's like to owe them something for being there. I would like to tell them that people who go there pay for the food, and they don't owe them anything, on the contrary you owe them better service then this. I found a hair in my onion kulcha, which just grossed me out. The tandoori chicken was gross, it was really tough and it smelled funny, like the meat had gone bad or something. I saw a couple of waiters picking their nose and there are flies everywhere. I almost threw up just thinking about it after i left. I told the cashier boy and the waiter about the hair and the weird tasting chicken, and they just laughed and said they'll let the chef know. They didn't offer any apology or credit whatsoever, I had even showed the waiter the hair. This place is gross, only go there if you want to throw away your money and get sick from bad food. Very unfriendly place. Worst service ever.
- Order: Tandoori chicken, Onion Kulcha, Chana Bhatura

People like this are owners of other restaurants. Talking bad about a successful restaurant is not going to make your business any better. If you have real comments that people should here, why dont you speak the truth and come in to kwality
