Poco Cappello Ristorante

We were there on a Saturday night and it appeared reasonably busy. We had an appetizer of what was supposed to be melted brie with a peach relish topping. The brie was warm but hardly melted, so that was less than successful. There were three of us and we each had different entres. I had the rack of lamb which was OK but not great. The accompanying vegetables .. potatoes, broccoli, red pepper and zucchini were also OK but nothing special. My wife had the swordfish which wasn't bad and our guest had a chicken entre which was probably the best choice. Service was mediocre to poor. The had the tables in our area placed very close together. 4 or 5 times during our meal the wait staff bumped into our table.. and I'm not talking a gentle nudge ... everything on the table shook and it was irritating especially the 3rd, 4th ....time. When serving our orders they didn't know who had ordered what. At several points during our meal they went to serve us entres that were meant for other tables. I guess it was no surprise then when our bill came and it was a combination of some things we had ordered and some things a nearby table had ordered. The bill they gave me was about $50 less than it should have been. I should have just paid that and left but I called it to their attention. They corrected the bill but barely thanked me for letting them know. It wasn't a satisfying dining experience. Will not be returning.

Poco Cappello is an amazing dining experience. I've eaten there many times and have yet to have a bad meal. Service is friendly and quick, in a nicely appointed environment. It's worth the drive to Bradford for this meal. They serve what is perhaps the best steak in the world. Italians have always made the best steak for reasons unknown to me. A lovely spot with great food. I would consider this restaurant to be fine dining though I find the service a bit to 'friendly casual' to make the experience a fine dining experience. Call for reservations just in case, and enjoy the meal of a lifetime.

I went to this restaurant with 8 girlfriends and everyone enjoyed their meal immensely. We all had a different entree and everyone was impressed. Nice to see a quality restaurant in Bradford.

As always the food and service were top notch. Excellent meal at a fair price.

My friend suggested this place and said that the food was exellent for the price. He was right it was one of the best meals I ever had and as a young person my budget was limited but i seemed to spend less then what i expected.

What a great place! We were there before their grand opening, and were really impressed by how short a time the place was made operational. It was as though it had been in that location for years, the way it blended in and complimented the scenery.

It's a very classy and fine restaurant that still has that warm inviting feeling that you don't get from most other restaurants.

Been many times. My sister Debbie is a regular. So happy they are reopening today. Congrats on new location James and Shannon (owners)

All Aps/meals and drinks were timely and great...only complaint I have was that we sat near the front door and there was a draft when the door opened....otherwise fantasic place !!
