Food Haven Inn

I am continually impressed with the quality of food here, and the prices that have not changed much in the past 5-10 years. Same people running it for at least 30 years. Enjoyable, friendly, and since they do a lot of take out orders the tables are not very crowded, which is nice. I've tried the other chinese food restaurants in Bradford, and this is the best in my opinion.

I have been coming here since childhood and their food is the best Chinese food I have ever had by far! I admit that the restaurant is a bit run down, but, it's all part of the character. Anytime I'm in the area, I stop in just for their Chicken Noodle Soup which is amazing and a quick visit as they have known me and my family for years. Prices are unbeleivably reasonable.

Food Haven? Try Food Hell! That's much more suitable. Food was terrible. Not only my taste buds commited suicide, but my stomach is on strike too and it seems that one sleeples night won't be enough. The restaurant itself looks like it'll fall apart any second and even though we were dying from hunger I still don't understand why we didn't turn around at the door. I should listen more to my instincts. Service was mediocre and our server even forgot to bring us chinese tea that was promised in a menu. But I should be glad. Maybe that tea would finish me off. I think that restaurant is just a cover for some chinese triads operation, because I never experienced such a terrible surroundings and food in a chinese restaurant. So, please do yourself a favour and never, never even think about eating there.

i LOVE going into this restaruant. it's like stepping back into 1954. The people are friendly and the food is Always delicious. Always tasty, and hot. I've been coming here for YEARS and will continue to.
it looks a little run down on the front, but that's the character too.
