Outback Steakhouse

As it was our first visit, the waitress went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She told us all about the menu, made great recommendations (the wine was wonderful), and she checked with the chef when she didn't know the answer to one of my husband's questions. We didn't have to wait to have our waters refilled, she just brought them.

Kudos to the Outback, great service, excellent food. Thank you very much.

We will absolutely return, and hopefully we can repeat this excellent service experience.

The staff were very knowledgeable, everything was great.

Our Waitress was completly rude. Made suggestive remarks to the men in our party, and messed up the womens drink orders. She was a complete mess, no courtesy, and a complete lack of manners.
We dine frequently at this establishment and have never experienced such distastful service. Perhaps management should be keeping a closer eye on how their wait staff are behaving towards customers.

On the lighter note, we do adore coming to the OutBack and would love to come again, the food is always satisfying, and there is always something to tempt our palates on the dessert menu.

The Outback Steakhouse is the best restuarant around.

I ordered for me " prime ribs ( 16 ounces) , for my wife " fish " , for my daughter " some chicken meal "

After waiting almost 1 hour she came with the food : .....
It was fine for my wife and for my daughter , for me ... ? she try to convince me " the prime rib is a steak ( she already has a dish for me)" ,..... I said " NO " I ORDERED RIBS !!!! .....
.....after another 15 minutes she came with my plate ..... ribs .
I took a bite .... , they were defrosted , cold , and with barbecue sauce on top .The taste was like " boiled cold meat " . The ribs were not even grilled a little bite . I refused , I didn' t pay for them...
I was before to this restaurant, I will NOT GO next time, I can choose KELSEY' S, MONTANA, or a different one from same area ...
I was very disappointed .... ( ...it was my birthday too ...)

the people are great i work there but there a great bunch of people great service and there really great people to meet and consult about what food is great. Best food and great quaility is what the outback is all about even though i work there it's the best to eat at everyone come and see this is the best place ever to eat.

We love going to the Outback. We live in Burlington and Always come to the Ancaster location. The bloomin' onion wasnt as good as i remember it but thats ok. Everything else was outstanding!! Beer is fairly priced also compared to any other chain restaurants out there. And it all was reasonable priced. For sure coming back again!

Dreadful service... ghastly mashed potatoes which were a bluish grey colour and runny... potatoes I may add we were forced into as they had no baked potatoes, rice or frites at a steakhouse. Siloin overcooked and was unable to convey this to server who graced our table to drop menus and bill. Soup, gravy and potatoes cold straight from the icebox... absolutely dreadful!
