Montana's Cookhouse

There were actually 11 of us.
All you can eat ribs!!!! NO WAY!!! This is the 4th time I have been there to order ribs, I still have to get the beef ribs. Kitchen manager should be FIRED!!!!! So, they only had 4 bones left, offered to go to another branch to pick up some more, got 4 more bones. Out of the five beef rib orders, we got two - three of us changed our orders. There were five pot roast orders, one pork rib, one salmon steak, caesar salad, and the two beef rib.
It appears that when they went to pick up the beef ribs, the order for the others were made and put under lights, therefore the pot roasts were hard and dry, the yorkshire pudding (which everyone was looking forward to) was hard, dry and almost burnt, the pork ribs were hard, dry and tasteless. By far, it was the worst meal ever. We came there to celebrate a birthday and this was a let down. After telling the server about it, the manager did not even have the courtesy to come out to talk with us. We were not asking for any discounts or anything, but it would have been good public relations to at least come out and apologize. He also should be fired!!!! Our server appeared to be quite embarrassed. Since it was not her fault, we did leave a generous tip, which we shouldn't have, since we had to ask her to remove the empty drink glasses cluttering up the table. The drinks were watered down, don't believe we even got a full shot.
We would have ordered more drinks, but felt we were getting ripped off in this.
NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Where do we start? .. Should have gone to McD!, at least there you know exactly what your getting!!
Steak -- cooked as ordered, flavour good, cut of meat...CRAP! Nothing like having to pick out the grissle from every bite!! But hey, all the mushrooms hide that "choice" cut of beef!
Rib Tips -- over seasoned, over cooked, over priced!! "Fall off the bone" is not what I got. Manager was dumbfounded ("this doesn't usually happen"...)and the substitute was just as bad!! No discount to meal, no offer of free dessert (kids 4 & 1 yr), no appologies & no tip. Never returning to any Montanna's!!!

We will definitely come back and gladly recommend to friends and relatives. The restaurant is clean and service we had with Shane was excellent. My husband and I had great evening.

I felt bad going out to a restaurant on Christmas eve, but the manager and the waitress made our party feel right at home! The food was beautiful, and reasonably priced. Thank you Hillary! I think next year we'll all come back!

Awesome experience! everyone was pleasant, food was great, the manager is very funny! Had a great time, the birthday celebration at a nearby table was a hoot!

Wow where do i start first of all the fireshrimp was not even sizzling. We saw cooks reaching in with their bare hands to get ice for their drinks. The steak was overcooked and had to be remade. The manager was so dumbfounded he didn't know what he was sayin. The only thing good was T.V's.!!!!!!

great food, very laid back atmosphere
