We're retired and eat out every day so we are able to sample a lot of restaurants - and Applebees in Ajax is our favourite. We eat there at least once a week, generally twice.
The food is always fresh and cooked the way we like. Their coffee is one of the better brews and always hot and fresh.
Service is always 5 star with fast efficient and friendly service.
If you're lloking for good food, great service and very reasonable prices, you won't do better. - Order: I've had chicken, steak, salads- it's all good

Applebees.. How is this place in Business?
The serving sizes would be suitable for a kids menu..The popcorn shrimp?..is that even shrimp?
BBQ Chicken Sandwich had a 2 ounce piece of chicken in it.. I shared it with my brother, and in one bite the chicken was done and all I was left with was bread and toppings
After being extremely dissapointed I decided that maybe the dessert could make up for it.. who knew you could mess up a chocolate chip cookie and ice cream..
SAVE YOUR MONEY and your stomach.. youll leave there feeling sick and not satisfied.. try Kelseys, the Keg ect.
- Order: BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Popcorn Shrimp, Steak Quesadilla, Cheeseburger Sliders, Crappy Desserts

Applebee's needs an infusion of money to revamp the menu, the atmosphere and the quality of the food. Think Denny's meets Kelsey's and you have Applebee's.
The food is okay but certainly not great.
The service was very good

Worst chicken parm ever! Not only was it cold, but the sauce was bland. There is nothing more disgusting than cold pasta, and that is exactly what I received. I really don't care about their new renovation, I will never go back.

The food was bad, the onion rings were not cooked enough and tasted bad, the hamburger came with wilted lettuce and tiny bad piece of tomato, riblets were dry and had a bad taste. The waitress was oblivious to our table and was slow, unfriendly, unattentive and not polite. Also I dropped my cell phone under the table and did not realize it until I got home and I called back, talked to an employee and asked them to check where I sat and was hung up on. Then I called back again and spoke to the manager who was rude to me on the phone and did not go check and told me to drive back and look myself and then hung up on me as well. They have horrible customer service and clearly do not care about they're customers. I went back to find my phone and sure enough it was under the table where I said in plain sight. Horrible experience and will never go back again. Not recommended to anyone.

Food was OK, but I dont go to a restaurant to eat ok food after all i'm paying for it. I'm not sure what they think their rib sauce is but it was a little burt and didn't taste very well. The shimp appitizer I had, come'on little popcorn shirmp with a sauce that lacked just a little sweetness. My wifes crispy orange chicken bowl had frozen veggies in it basically...chicken was the best part. Service was great thanks Amy. Atmosphere...people turn your cell phones off, or atleast talk like you're not trying to interupt everyone else's meals. I don't think i'm an Applebee's guy.
- Order: Shirmp appetizer (not sure the name) Riblet and chicken finger dish and crispy orange chicken bowl.

First...Tuscan cheese spread is AMAZING. The steak was very good and the chicken fingers are as good as chicken fingers can be anyways. Riblets COULD be better. I love the fries there. One of my top 3 favs for sure.

Disappointed once again. Spinach Dip should be called Spinach Soup it was so watery. The few corn chips that were served to apparently try to dip with, were mostly all broken and resembled crumbs. The Chicken Penne was dry with very little sauce and the cooks(I use that term lightly) neglected to add the chicken to the recipe. Oriental Wrap was somewhat tastey. How this establishment still exists is a mystery. I must agree with the review by Mr. Hess.... Go to Casey''s across the street. At least there you can expext quality and professionalism.
- Order: Spinach & Artichoke Dip Chicken Penne Orietal Rollup
