In an area where a good restaurant can be hard to find, Havana Central is a godsend -- reliable, delicious, and friendly. Our three-year-old feels right at home and we've had terrific meals there. And I want their recipe for corn on the cob gratinee!

One of my favorite restaurants - the atmosphere is cozy, food delicious, mojitos are great and the prices are reasonable. My daughter keep talking about the Chorizo in the appetizer sampler for days afterwards. I would recommend ordering it as it gives you a three tier sample of Cuban cooking. It is a fun place to eat for our whole family. At the meal's end, I asked the waiter if they had any special coffee - he brought me a cuban coffee that was one of the most satisfying cups I've ever had - basically, a sweeter cafe au lait, it was delicious!
