Absolute pleasant surprise ! I travel alot. Took 3 guests for business lunch, food was excellent. The Chef or whoever is running this place should franchise his/her skills. They would be a winner in any Big City setting. Waitress was charming, efficient, fun.

I ordered an open steak sandwich. I was very supprised to get a 5oz. filet. It came with onion rings and a large piece of garlic toast. It was delicious. My friend ordered the open meatball sandwich. Hers was great also. I will be returning for another. I have told several people about this. This was on the lunch menu.

Charming ambience in an old brick house right in Lockport. The furniture could be spruced up, but it is still very comfortable, and the menu is really inventive and complete (Haven't seen oysters on a dinner menu in ages) It was a relief to find something this nice open for lunch on a Saturday. The salad dressings, especially the maple vinegrette, were excellent. Crab cake could have used more lump crab, but was still very well seasoned and delicious. Chef salad had real ham and turkey, not just cold cuts.
Dessert menu looked scrumptious although we didn't indulge. We had a relaxing, enjoyable meal here. - Order: We had the chef/julienne salad, lobster bisque, crab cake, and hot chicken salad
