The zuppa de pesce is the best deal around. It is enough to feed three hungry people, at least. However, the rest of their food is mediocre at best. The portions are tremendous, and everyone leaves with a "doggy bag." The service is very poor. Not the way it used to be years back, when this was a tiny spot with everyone sitting on top of each other.

I have been coming here for years. The food is great with the service being exceptional as well. Even if you order 1/2 a portion, it is enough for one person and there will be more to take home. It's a true dining experience.

the food was very good, but the service was adequate at best... they didn't provide utensils for, say, cracking open shellfish shells, and as of the last time i went, they don't accept credit cards, which is inconvenient.

We have been coming here for years. The food is terrific. Huge portion sizes make it a great value. it gets crowded on the weekends so be prepared to wait a little while. There is some baseball player memoriblia scattered throughout. Some professional players have been spotted here. If you order the pasta meals be prepared to have left overs or maybe split the meals this way everyone can sample different dishes.

Nice place to go for great food especially for special occasions. Very Clean has valet parking, but if you park on your own it is a little difficult to find parking.

Large portions, good service and a good value are what you'll find at the Pine Tavern. You can easily share a meal dish and a side with another person. Entrees come with salad and garlic bread. The food is very good, which is saying a lot for a restaurant at the edge of Morris Park italian restaurant selection. Highly recommended

The atmosphere was fun and cozy. The bar was amazing and we met a cool guy named Paulie who bragged that he has been coming here for years and recommended the shrimp wedge. The food was great. Portions were big also. We also saw 'Joe Rao' from channel 12 news.
