One of the best dinner deals for the money in downtown Reno. This new restaurant inside the Club Cal-Neva Casino is open Thursday through Sunday evenings. I think it may also be open for lunch on the weekends. They have a complete spaghetti dinner for just under $6 - it includes minestrone soup, a garden salad, bread, and a small portion of spaghetti and meatballs. They also have different daily specials for about a dollar more, and small portions of various different kinds of pasta with your choice of sauce for just under $5. You can add a glass of house wine for only $2 more.

It has a relaxing ambience, with subdued lighting and candles on all the tables. The food has always been good, and the servers seem attentive and eager to please. For a while after the restaurant first opened in early April they seemed to have a little trouble getting organized - not having their hours posted out front, for example - but those problems seem to have been mostly all ironed out now, and everything is running smoothly. A great value for the money!
