Echos is a very nice place for a bite to eat before or after doing something else. It's a nice place to get together and socialize over some food and drink. The music gets a bit louder as the night goes on, so it's easier to chat earlier on.
- Order: Echo serves appetizers and tapas. Wife had Seared Ahi Tuna ($15) and I had Sliced Hangar Steak ($14). Don't expect a huge meal since they serve appetizers and tapas only. Both meals were excellent! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. We have never had anything there that wasn't 100% perfect.
