Chili's Grill & Bar

Chilis is somewhere I visit frequently. The food quality is consistently good. The wait for eat in is reasonable and every server we have had has always been conciencious and prompt. Where This restaurant really misses the mark is in their Chilis to Go offereing. I have placed this same order to go several times and each time there was an item left out. I gave them another chance the first time - they forgot the chips for the skillet queso(everybody makes a mistake), the second time I unpacked the bag in the restaurant to ensure the right number of items were there , they were but I got home to discovr that they had not supplied any toppings or fajita shells with the fajitas (just meat). The third time was basically a comedy of errors since Iwent to the restaurant only to use the gift certificates we were offered after the second snafu - this time they left out the fajita meat (but I discovered this before I exited the restaurant.)

It may just be me that has such bad luck with the Chilis to Go but if you are looking for convenience - this is NOT the way to go.

The service was great and that really makes a great visit. We were sat quickly, our drink order taken right away and she was really helpful with our menu choices. I ordered my steak medium rare, and it was! That's hard to get right. The food is always good here and the place (especially the bathrooms) are always clean which is a must for us. We'll be back.
