Sunrise Diner

I was in your diner on the morning of 9/20/08 and noticed that you have a collection jar that you are collecting donations for a Cecelia Carroll saying that she has cancer and getting treatments. I know for a fact that she is cancer free now and went back to work at the school on Sept.2nd. Her hair has come back too now. You should not be asking for any more donations for her unless she has lied and told you that she is still getting treatments and has not returned to work.

This place was known at one time the best place to get good tenderloin, but I have to say that I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. Tenderloin was no longer thick, white, and tender, but thin, brown, and some kind of breaded , greasey looking mess. The grits were very watery, and the biscuit was dried out and burnt.
It was not good and I will not be back for breakfast.

This is a great little restaurant for the whole family. The waitress Judy and Linda make you their own family. The food is always brought out in a timely manner and they are always there to fill that emply coffee cup. We love going there for any meal.

Very good place to eat. We eat here about once a week.
