Chef Santos

I discovered Chef Santos and order the stuffed salmon. It was so good that everytime I have visitors from out of town no matter the age or palate I take them there to try it. He also goes out of his way to make us feel special everytime we go. You cant go wrong eating here

Dining at Santos is similar to the fine bistros throughout Europe. It is the only place in town that serves their meals on white table linens, Frank Sinatra in the background, and mood lighting to make the night complete.
Not only is the food incredible - every time you go - but it is unique and the wine list divine. Not to mention the wonderful and friendly service. I cannot say enough about this place. Santos comes out to greet you himself & to make sure your meal is enjoyable.
Next to a small cafe in Dublin, Chef Santos is my hands-down favorite restaurant...not to mention that our 3 children love it too...and they are treated just as well as the adults!
I only hope it remains a "secret" because it is such a treat to "get away" and enjoy a wonderful romantic evening at this fine restaurant.

I have eaten Chef Santos' food for many years. I have never once not been completely satisfied. If you do not see anything on the menu that appeals to you, do not be afraid to ask for what you want. He prepared the most succulent dessert for me per request. The food is wonderful. The atmosphere is very inviting and I will continue to frequent this restaurant.

Wonderful food, service, and environment! I find myself craving the scallops frequently.
