We tried macaroni grill when we first came to Great Falls, MT. The waiting area sucks, very limited seating - waiting. They stuff people in their to wait and expect them to stand forever!
After 1hr of waiting, when told it would only be 15-20min wait. Seated, the waitress was rude, didn't tell us about the specials, but she did tell the people next to us. The service sucked, people that came in after us had better service than us.. the food was cold, no refils, missing childrens meal. We will never go back there! Chicken marsala was like eating left over barf. Salmon was dry to the bones. Ice tea's didn't have ice. didn't get our bread until after the meal came.

This is the second time we have been and we are planning a third visit this month. The food is wonderful, the service is great. This restaurant is a much needed addition to Great Falls.
