From the outside I did not expect much from New China Buffet. We were very pleasantly surprised by the nice spread of entrees to choose from. They had a nice variety to choose from. The decor was nicely done inside especially the ceiling. We enjoyed the food. We plan to go back again on our next visit to Virginia.
