ReviewThis little restaurant is tucked into the JCP end of Mall of the Bluffs, with a mall entrance as well as one from the parking lot. It offers a variety of sandwiches, burgers, salads, steaks, pasta, desserts and a full bar. Each dinner entree comes with a choice of two sides: we especially like the garlic mashed potatoes! A warm loaf of homemade bread accompanies the meal and warm, moist washcloths end the dining experience. The food at Skeeter's is excellent. I highly recommend the flatiron steak, very flavorful and tender. The pulled pork sandwich is also good as is the smoked prime rib. Service here can be iffy...if there is no "adult" on duty, the young servers sometimes tend to chat among themselves or their visiting friends and neglect their tables of customers. Overall, we enjoy dining here and will do so again.
