I hope I have enough space to tell our whole experience. This was a Bon Voyage party for a very dear friend who was moving back to europe after 22 years in the US. She is a vegetarian who we really wanted to have a special evening. I called ahead and spoke Chef Phil about doing 7 courses for our freind who just haapens to love wine. He not only followed up but we were fighting to try each of her courses. The fresh vegetables from the Fair Hill Inn garden were fantastic. Our dinner courses were geat also. Naturally the wine were paired perfectly. My wife and I have eaten at fine restaurants around the world and we have to say this meal was in the top 3 of our experiences anywhere .Our hats off to the Fair Hill Inn.
