This is a unique, "space" themed restaurant that displays artistic pictures of NASA and military spacecraft. Open 7 days a week and serves great tasting food. They serve mostly American cuisine and some authentic Mexican dishes. They also serve intergalactic snacks for the curious at heart. All Aliens and Humans are welcome and their sign reads, "Space Age Outer Limits." My husband Dale and I saw the "famous Phoenix Lights," on a return trip form San Diego on a cold clear night. There were four lights doing extraordinary things and seemed to keep following us. We were so amazed; we decided to stop in Gila Bend. We quite accidentally found this great little rest stop and safe place to view the sky's activity. This area has been in the news on several occasions regarding sightings. You get a funny feeling when you enter the restaurant and the staff gives you the look like they know you've seen something. The restaurant has a souvenir gift area with all kinds of unique items to remember them by. We are definitely going back and planning to stay at the hotel on the property just for fun.

I really do love this place because their pizza is made fresh when you order. I love that it’s half the price of getting one in a sit down restaurant. You take it home and bake it yourself, and that insures a hot tasty meal. It's amazing what a difference fresh makes from a plain old frozen job or an over priced chain store that adds the price (and the taste) of the cardboard box to your pizza. Papa Murphy’ is a franchise business, so I can vouch this location is clean and has a friendly staff that make a great pizza! Every time you purchase a “Take n Bake Pizza,” you get a $1.00 off coupon towards your next pizza purchase. If you buy a nice new large pizza cutter from them, when it gets dull, you can bring it in for a new one free of charge. What a deal…what a deal…what a deal!

El Torito was founded in 1954 in Encino California and has 69 locations predominately in Southern California. I'm just thrilled they have a couple here in Arizona. El Torito has been a favorite authentic Mexican restaurant for all the delicious entries that the famous Chef Pepe Lopez creates. The main focus of El Torito is to provide the fresh and high quality ingredients in preparing made-from-scratch culinary masterpieces. Every now and then Pepe creates a new masterpiece to keep the menu interesting and evolving with incredible new flavors to enjoy and crave. There is a warm and inviting ambiance of Mexican tradition that is evident when you walk into the restaurant. You will always be greeted and seated as quickly as possible with some freshly made salsa and warm tortilla chips. They have a large and tasty margarita that can unleash the stress and stimulate your taste buds. El Torito offers take-out, catering and in-house banquet services. In Southern California only, they offer Taco Tuesday.

Just imagine, a plush landscaping with waterfalls and pools with live carp fish and real live flamingo playfully posing for on lookers. This is such a relaxing environment to enjoy a delicious sunrise brunch breakfast. They start serving 7am to 11 am. There are more than 60 items to choose from. I have to say the tasty made-to-order omelets impressed all of us, WOW, so well! It's a little pricey, but so worth it. After eating you can enjoy the free 15-acre wild life preserve and do some serious picture taking and get in some good old fashioned fat burning walking. This place is also great for lunch and dinner buffet, you won't regret it.

This is a wonderful authentic Mexico City cuisine that is a delicious alternative to every day Mexican eateries. They make hand made tortillas and their own fresh salsa, so mouth watering and addicting. They serve many combination plates, famous tortilla soup and seafood. Another great addition, they now serve vegetarian dishes for all of us health conscious patrons. La Parrilla Suiza has been serving since 1969 and they have 25 restaurants in Mexico and the United States. They have a very nice and friendly staff that do appreciate your business and always deserve a tip of gratuity. This is a GREAT choice, try it, you'll like it!

I think one of the nicest things is the very large and clean dinning room with a pleasant staff. They do not allow smoking which to me is a plus! If you present your casino players card, you will get an additional $2.00 off your buffet price, that's neat. The food is good and a lot of choices and really great desserts; they even have good sugar free choices. I think this is your pretty average style buffet but it does taste good and you can satisfy your hunger cravings. There is something for everyone and we'll be going there next week on our vacation for sure. We've been there many times and never regretted it. Take the River Walk; it's great after a good meal to work off the food.

The Fresh Market Buffet has been renovated to an upscale dinning room that is attractive and appetizing. The price includes drinks and desserts and a delicious array of food to choose from. They are something for everyone and lots of it. The prime rib and sushi and delicious cheesecake are something to write home about! The food is always fresh and displayed in an appetizing fashion. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly and eager to please. This is the very best upscale buffet on the strip and worth every penny. Enjoy!

This cafe was large but not that busy. It took a long time before we were even acknowledged and our order taken. I asked if the coffee was fresh and the waitress said yes. It tasted like mud, really! The fries were very dark and greasy and the patty melts tasted like cardboard on day old bread. My husband and I picked at the food a little and pushed it away. The bill was high and a total waste of money. Try another place in the hotel and you'll be happier.

Nice casual dinning, take-out and offers outdoors seating as well as indoor. A nice clean atmosphere and next door to AMC 12 Theaters in La Jolla, which is very convenient. The sushi chef's are friendly and helpful in helping you order if you don't know a lot about sushi. The restaurant is a little small but it's ok, because it's tasty and quick. Try it and I'm sure you will like it!

This is a truly beautiful and classy Cafe and everything they make tastes incredible! The restaurant is beautifully decorated that would appeal to all tastes. The staff are friendly, helpful and always ready to please their patrons. I feel special when I go here for lunch and enjoy every minute eating the delicious items from the menu. They make their own pastries, soups, individual pizzas, salads, and items to choose that create a meal to enjoy. It doesn't get any better than this. I have had both lunch and dinner and love the fact you can eat light and be happy with choices. Great...Great...Great!!!
