Most disgusting food I have ever had. I don't know what it is about this place but everyone that I have been to has the most horrible food I have ever had.

Mainly went there to try bubble tea because I have never had it before and was told that it was something that I should try. I can't understand why it takes some asian people soooo long to process a simple order. Not being racist or anything its just that I've been to a myriad of Asian cuisine restaurants with asian staff and some are very quick and others are extremely slow. For this place specifically, it was run by teens that seem to not want anything to do with people who aren't asian. It's pretty sad because they hang back by the cash and look like they are afraid of you. I don't understand. The bubble tea was alright but nothing to be proud of. Strange place though...

I have to say that this place has some of the lousiest service I have ever seen. It's quite amusing cause you see the waitresses floating about looking like they are lost and can't remember where they are or who they have served. Flagging one down to order is a mission in itself. The food is no better than any other pub but the service is just sad.

I've been to many a Swiss Chalet and I have to say this one is a little on the sad side. Not too bad but not great. The food could be a lot better for what SC is. I have found that more often than not that the chicken is on the dry side and their quesadillas are nothing to be proud of.

Firstly, this is one of the biggest dives I have ever been to yet the service is surprisingly good. Smells like puke ALL THE TIME yet the only thing that brings you back is the knowledge that your drinks are dirt cheap. A university hang out and crammed to the gills with people. If they could only do something about the smell this place would be 100x better. Also, the food rating is low only for the fact that they have no food so the rating itself means nothing.

Been to this place plenty of times but suffice to say, you need to be atleast 100 years old to enjoy the place fully. Service is slow and when you order one thing off the menu, you pretty much can tell how the rest of your meals here are going to end up. Disappointing overall.

Came for friends birthday party and was indifferent about the atmosphere and service. It's a typical pub style restaurant with mediocre food. Probably only good for a couple beers but nothing more.

Went to this place for a friends birthday party and was extremely disappointed. We proceeded to order or food and drinks from a waitress that had a very negative attitude towards life and everyone around her and proceeded to ask "Why did I not receive a tip?". Firstly, it's waiting 101 honey... you don't ask for tips. Secondly, loose the attitude because that will come back to bite you in the butt. For having been there only once and not liking it at all is such a shame when one individual ruins it for the rest.

This has probably been one of the most interesting restaurants I have ever been to. It consists of you grabbing a bowl and filling it with a vast arrangement of meats, seafood and vegetables that your heart fancies. There is also am assortment of various sauces to add to your meal. Then you proceed to gather around the giant stove-like apparatus and toss and cook your food using only 2 long wooden sticks. Its entertainment and good food all in one. Unlike other reviews, the food is delicious if you have a knowledgeable background in sauces and what cooks together with what. The place is very clean and the service is commendable. Would recommend the experience to all.

I had heard many great things about this place until I went and experienced it myself. They ask that you dress nicely but was sad to see the local gangbangers with the low jeans and the to-the-side baseball cap yo yo yoing it up at the table next to me. The menu is way overpriced for what the food is and the service could be better. Maybe or maybe will not return.
