ReviewElliott's is hands down the best restaurant in Pinehurst, and Moore County. The menu is ever changing, using the best and freshest of the season, the soft-shell crab dishes is an prime example. The food is wonderful. Our favorites include: fried calamari appetizer light and done with a great asian inspired sauce, the chicken and asparagus pasta, the salmon roasted on a cedar plank with jack daniels sauce, shrimp and grits. chicken tandoori, NY strip steak and the incredible desserts, especially the home-made sherbets. There is a well selected wine list and awesome cocktails The decor is sophisticated, but cozy with warm colors and a lovely water garden. All of the servers we have had were professional, personable and knowledgable about the menu. We have hosted business dinners and lunches, friends and family and have never had a bad experience. Anyone that we have ever recommended Elliott's to have not been disappointed. The chef Mark Elliott usually stops by to say hello. Whether for a weekday meal or special occassion, Elliotts is truly our favorite
