back from another sales trip and after eating at all the local or convenient places near my hotels it is good to crawl back up to the comfort of Red Robin. I have to say after eating at restaurants for pretty much all week you under stand how comforting the food is and how high the level of service is.

On a recent business trip to Toron'o I walked in here for a meal and also to see if there is any easy action. The review under mine are guaranteed written by the owner or his wench waitresses. Some of them have the same date too.
The fish was limp, the rice was lamer and believe me they water down the wine. Incredulous!

Very lame, lame, weak. Bad service. I should have walked a bit further from the hotel and gone to Moxie. There they have pretty girls and they sometimes do drinks with you when they get off.

When we first were discovering Asian food Gen was one of the places that we were attracted to. I had a couple of bad experiences there with slow service and never getting my order right, but, we had just moved to the area and wanted to give it another shot because getting good service from Asians is tough.
We went on Saturday and have never had such rude service in my life, from walking away from us when we said we were ready to order to telling us that we better eat our soup as they are throwing too much away. There was no hint of sarcasm in her voice, she had it out for us probably because she was jealous of my guest's hair.
I will gladly go up the street to the other real erstaurants places, and although they don't have a funky coat of paint, they won't be downright rude and treat their customers like people.

Passed by this place and decided to go in based on its attractive set-up. It seemed hit and miss though but it looked good the way they decorated. Nevertheless, went in and had a sandwich that was pretty bad and regretted it because there is no service here just a 'here is your plate' attitude.
I much rather had gone to eat donare kabab or something.
