  • More of a take out place than dine-in. There are a couple of tables but they are more for sitting and waiting for your pizza to be ready I think. Their pizzas are very tasty, a great selection of toppings, and they usually have a wide variety of slice choices available. Very friendly staff. This is our regular pizza joint even though we have to drive and pick up our order as we live outside the delivery area.

Would highly recommend the Spinotta which is topped with fresh spinach, tomatoes, and ricotta cheese.

  • My wife and I had spotted the Lime Leaf sign and decided to check it out by grabbing a take out menu. The place looked great so we returned for dinner that same evening. We were very excited to find a place serving Malaysian food in the east end as there are very few in the GTA. We were not to be disappointed.

The beef satay was excellent, perfectly cooked with great spices and wonderful chunky peanut sauce. The Malaysian curry with roti was excellent as was the mango chicken. The portion sizes are really good and a great value.

The service was excellent, friendly and attentive at all times. The decor is very well done, warm and comfortable.

My wife and I would highly recommend this place and will be returning many times.

  • I'll start by saying this place is not as good as their downtown Eaton Centre location. The service was ok, but pouring a large bottle of San Pellegrino so that the last glass was almost empty and then asking if we wanted another bottle was a little irritating. Definitely came across as here's another chance to up the bill. Dip was a bit on the greasy side. Burger was ok, nothing great. I probably would not go back to this location. One comment about the restaurant itself, the light can be really distracting and harsh depending on where you are sitting.

  • Went to the Mexican Post as part of a going away lunch. We had a big group, about 12 people. They handled the big group pretty well but nothing special. The complimentary tortilla chips and dip were quite good. The Chile Con Queso was nice with the chips. The Fajitas were ok, nothing great. And unless you really really love onions I would recommend you order without. Ok value overall, won't seek to go there again but won't object to it if suggested by others.

  • A pleasant surprise that actually offers some real home style Taiwanese dishes. The beef and mushroom dish was very tasty and we got to select what style of noodle that we wanted with the soup. Mild spicy turned out to be pretty spicy but still very good. Decor is pretty basic and clean. Service was pretty good. The only negative thing is that they serve chicken balls, but this is no doubt aimed at the non-Chinese visitors.

  • Going on the recommendations on this site my wife and I headed out to Eglinton and Danforth Rd... and it certainly is not the nicest part of town. We had not made a reservation (apparently a must!) so we had to wait for a while. The gyoza was probably the best I have ever had, outstanding. The tempura was good as was the yakitori. The Spicy tuna rolls and the negihama maki (Yellowtail & green onion roll) was excellent. The prices are on the higher end, and certainly out of place in relation to the neighbourhood, but at the same time I do think they are reflective of the quality which is quite high. Service was good, although perhaps not as attentive as it should have been. Very friendly and helpful overall. We will definately go again.

  • A great little take-out restaurant with two small tables for those who want to eat there. Excellent and inexpensive vegetable pakoras (6 for $1.45) and chicken samosas (6 for $3.25). Main dishes are very tasty and can be split between two people. Each main dish comes with either fragrant Himalayan basmati pullao rice, tandoori naan bread, or indian style tossed salad. We always get the naan. Food is usually ready in about 10-15 minutes but they also have ready made items for those who just walk in. We order regularly and will continue to do so.

  • My wife and I went tonight based on the recommendations from the reviews here. Unfortunately I can't say we are as impressed as other visitors. The place was ok, about average for a Sushi restaurant in Toronto. Gyozas were ok, spicy tuna rolls were ok but we didn't think the tuna was very good quality or the freshest. The tempura was nice and crispy but they should leave the green pepper and broccoli behind next time. The sushi pizza was probably the biggest disappointment with a very thick bed of rice which had probably been sitting around most of the day before being thrown in the fryer. Service was average and decor pleasant enough but tired.

  • First let me say I used to love Sushi Time! No more. Since they relocated down the street from their old location things have never been the same. The place has put design over function, it looks good but it's noisy. The sushi pizza is still pretty good as is the nagima yaki but overall the quality of the food has gone down. The staff can be hit and miss as some of them appear to speak little or no English. It's a good idea to double check what they have written down as your order. It can be a challenge to grab a waitress in case you need something or wish to get the bill.

  • Order: Sushi Pizza, Tempura, Nagima Yaki, assorted sushi and rolls
