Visions Restaurant

To tell the truth I have never been to Visions but I would like to endorse them as an admirable steward of our environment and attest to the moral and ethical standards set forth by Chef Tony. Chef Tony was recently planning to add wild steelhead from Washington state to his menu but after hearing from many people from the northwest concerned about the plight of the steelhead, Chef Tony took the time to eductate himself about the plight of the threatened steelhead population of our state. Many kudos to the chef, it takes a brave person to stand up and admit a mistake, however innocent and make it right. Please see Chef Tony's blog posting for Dec 3, 2008 on steelhead.
