  • Orderpizza; arancini
  • ReviewBoo - I wish I liked this place more because it is one of the few places that are open late night! But it's really sub-standard food... I mean the pizza's ok if you're into flat greasy pies, but the arancini is a big disappointment. They're huge, yes, but basically all rice with a miniscule amount of goodies (peas and beef) tucked inside. The crust is barely a crust at all, no good crunchy texture to speak of whatsoever. I love arancini and these just do not cut it. And sure, you won't go broke eating here, but I actually think it's expensive for what it is. I would only return to Pompeii after a night of drinking, otherwise it's not worth it to my wallet or my stomach.

  • OrderChicken Parm
  • ReviewThis place is one of the best places in the north end. Their sauces are superior to any of the places I've tried around the nort end so far. The chicken parm is mouth watering. They turned an average italian dish into a piece of edible art. But literally everything on the menu is worthy of trying. I give it 9 out of 10. The wait staff is a wee bit slow but the food is so good I keep going back. I dine out there about 1 or 2 times a week. Not to mention I live above the restuarant! Its delectable.
