I thought the food was great and the staff and environment was excellant.

I have been to this resturant before a long time ago and it was great but this time when my husband and I went the service was terrible. The only nice staff person was the hostess. Our waiter was not friendly at all and she did not say anything to us but only what we wanted to order. When she brought us our check she did not say thank you, come back or anything. I thought she seemed pretty rude since she is trying to earn her tip and I have been a waitress so I know. So anyway I went to the front to pay for our meal and the lady at the register could care less that I was paying for my food. She was to busy talking to the girl that was sitting with her at the register. When my husband and I asked where the toothpicks were she just pointed to the wall. I thought these people are really rude and do not know customer service. So when she handed me my receipt I said thank you and she never even looked at me when she was handing it to me and never once thanked us for coming or asked us to come back. I was really disappointed with the service. The food was great though.

Moonlite is the best place to eat in Owensboro, ky. I tell everyone I know to go and eat here and I will always tell everyone about them.

Great place for out of town people to visit. They can taste the local foods. It works great for my group because they have the variety for everyone to find what they like and go after more. Nice all family owned and operated, good people, very efficient staff. Good prices.
