Aunt Polly's Pizza Ribs & Chicken Delivery

I first found Aunt Polly's and thought it would be my new go-to but now I won't be back.
Delivery time is absurd. Literally took 1h 20m for our pizza to only be charged $7 more than was totaled on the phone. Driver didn't know what we were charged for and didn't care.
Pizza arrived lukewarm and wasn't even the correct order.
I've forgiven them in the past for the long delivery times bc I like small local joints but I've now decided to look for something a bit more service oriented versus what Aunt Polly brings to the table.
Pretty disappointed. If even one person seemed to care it may have made the difference.
PS. It is ridiculously hot there during the Summer. Made the mistake up picking up and feeling the heat for myself. Not the most appetizing thought for food preparation.

The food used to be good and the service used to be good. I have never eaten there, but have always ordered via delivery and never had a problem until lately. The delivery time has been ridiculous and the food has been hit or miss. As far as the service goes, some of the delivery people have been ok, and some haven't been worth a damn! The service from the people taking the orders have not been good either. And, the kicker is tonight I ordered, they got my order wrong and they told me to put the half-eaten food back in the container with the uneaten piece and give it back to the delivery driver when he brought my order, instead of me throwing it away! That is disgusting! Especially with swine flu going around!!! They are surely not practicing "Best Practices" at all.

love the food. kids love it has been great on those stressful days dont want to cook but dont want the same o'l same around the corner tpye of food... That's another thing they just about go ne where? Suburbs too. Almost 24 is definetly true.

I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM THEM FOR ALMOST 15 YEARS, THEY USE TO HAVE REAL GOOD FOOD AND A GOOD SELECTION OF DIFF. TYPES OF FOOD. BUT THEY SUCK NOW. THEIR FAMILY PIZZA DEAL SAYS 18" BUT IT IS NOT. I USE TO WORK THERE, BELIEVE ME YOU DONT WANT TO ORDER THEIR FOOD! THEY DONT CARE ANYTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, ONLY THEIR POCKETS. IF YOU ARE A REGULAR CUSTOMER THEN HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU GOTTEN A COLD PIZZA? MANY. BECAUSE IF THEY THINK YOU ARE NOT GOING TO TIP, THEN THEY WAIT TO TAKE YOURS. THATS WHY THEY WERE GOING TO GET SHUT DOWN, THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.

Awesome pizza! I love that sub stuff they put on the sub sandwich's (olive oil w/herbs & spices I think) - yummy! Nobody, even the big guys with all the commercialism, can compare to the real Indy Hometown pizza! This place has been around forever and hopefully will always keep growing and get closer to Greenwood! We need an Aunt Polly's too! Sorry for your luck Tommy's review, you are gonna miss out if you let one delivery guy mess up a chance to really enjoy the best pizza shop in town!

Bound to Fall was recording in a nearby studio and ordered AUNT POLLY'S several times over the course of several weeks, WE LOVED THAT STUFF!!!

I have been ordering from this place since I can remember. I use to live near them but have since moved about 20 minutes away. They still deliver!!! All over the city is what they mean!! They have the best food. EVERYTHING is good. I love their steak and cheese sandwich and their pizza subs! Awesome place to order food from!
