This was our first visit to Craftsteak. Having spoken to friends and reading the reviews we were quit looking forward to dining here. The service was very good. Very attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed yet inviting. The food however left a bit to be desired. My wife ordered the 10oz filet mignon. Cooked to her liking but rather bland. A little disappointing for a $50 steak. I ordered the skirt steak which i know can be a tougher cut of meat but was told by our waitress it was perfectly cooked and very popular. They obviously had'nt tried the skirt steak i received. it was just as tough as i recalled it to be and not nearly worth the $69 we paid for it. All in all It was still a pleasant evening but the same could be found elsewhere for a lot less money.
