I like going to sneakers often but certain servers are just awful. This night I arrived and waited 20 minutes before I ordered a drink. The drink arrived quickly but I had to wait another 20 minutes before she came back to take my order on food. The food came quick as it was ptimarily appetizes as it was cheap appetizer night. For the rest of the night the server never came back to ask how me and my friend were doing, how our food was, if we needed refills on drinks(which were finished by the time the food came), or ask if we wanted anything else. It wasn't just us that the server was ignoring it was most of the people and it was like it was busy with only about 7-10 people to serve including us. She spent most of her time talking to the other servers at the end of the bar than actually doing her job. We were done our food for over an hour and a half before we had to get up to ask for our bill and pay for the food. This is not the first time this server has been lazy like this and am really disappointed that she still works there as she is terrible, cold, and just plain sucks at her job. So heres hoping that denise will be fired soon or at least quits as she puts a bad name on the rest of the servers at the place.
