Wolfgang Puck was once asked his philosophy of cooking. He replied "Use only the best ingredients, and then don't screw 'em up." That's what you will find at Fish City. Better quality seafood ingredients than at most other seafood restaurants. The shrimp are not farmed -- they are fresh, wild shrimp, and they taste like shrimp should taste. The menu is limited, and the dishes are not prepared with fancy sauces. It is simply a good variety of quality seafood prepared well.
