The Ribs were a dry rub which I prefer over tose places that drown out the flavor with sauce. The tri-tip was medium rare and melted in your mouth! The beer was cold and the folks were very nice! I'll be back!
- Order: I ordered the Ribs and Tri-Tip and they were truly delicious. I'm from Austin and I must say this is Texas BBQ at its best. The beans realy hit the spot and the Potato salad had lots of bacon like Texas tater salad is supposed to. I'll be back!
