Tomato Thyme-Willow Glen

We got there excited to try this restaurant. Although I've heard mixed reviews, I thought why not. I think the owner was there in the bar area (because the staff kept talking with him) drinking and talking with customers/friends and completely oblivious to what was going on. I think the oil was cold when they cooked the calimari and the pizza crust was soggy with oil and moisture. The salad might have been good, if the server was listening and brought us the right salad with the right dressing. The server even read the order back to us! My friends wife's pasta was so oily that she asked to have it remade. I've NEVER seen her do this and we go out alot. She NEVER got the pasta back, so she got to share the lousy pizza with us. We told the waiter about the pizza, but they looked and said it was normal. YIKES! All this and lot's of screaming children too. Will not go back again.

I've eaten here half a dozen times. always great food, good service, good atmosphere.

The food and service was great!

I have no idea why anyone would come to this restaurant more than one time. The calamari was cold and the waiter said it's because they're busy. The pasta and salmon were way to salty and not hot as well. The waiter could care less when we told him. I was actually thinking he would ask if we would like to have them re-made. Nope! The pizza was soggy. I was told that was because I ordered mushrooms. Seems like this whole fiasco is the customers fault. I have a very high tolerance for restaurants as I travel quite a bit for my job. This place is just the worst!! Save your money. If you still decide to go, don't think anyone working there will care about your experience.

This was the worst service I've had in years. The staff could care less. The food was cold and didn't come out at the same time. I told my waiter, but she didn't care. Actually said sorry you didn't like it. Never again.
