This restaurant is under the direct, daily care of its owner, Paul Dobson, a retired bull fighter! Always busy, the food is uniformly excellent. The ambience is quiet and elegant. Don't miss Paul's signature appetizer, Mussel Bisque with a dollop of sherry.
