Las Fuentes Mexican Grill

The Pescado Dorado was succulent. It arrived on a sizzling skillet, full of steam, and the aroma was hypnotic. Accompanied by a plate of rice, beans and tortillas, this dish was easily more than I could eat. The fish was a whole Tilapia first deep fried to perfection, then steamed on a bed of grilled bell peppers and onions. I greedily stripped the mouthwatering meat from the bones, feeling like a child with juice running down my chin. It was quite nostalgic of days long past.
The bartender made me a Mai-Tai. It was a little strong, but full of flavor. A very pretty drink.
