The food at this Vietnamese restaurant is quite remarkable. Everything is fresh and prepared with a light touch. The dipping sauce for the kobe beef is so light and tasty that you want to drink it on its own. The spare ribs are cooked to perfection with a sauce that enhances the flavor. All their salads are wonderful. The papaya is great but so is the squash blossom. You can't go wrong with anything on this menu. The ambience of their new location is very dramatic. It's a wonderful dining experience in a Peninsula community.
