Stuart Anderson's Black Angus Restaurant

This was our second visit using he coupons that were in the weekly circular. We used the buy one entrée and get a second for $8.99. This saved us $10.00, which allowed us both to upgrade to the grilled asparagus, which was very good though I little bit to charred.
I ordered the 3/4lb prime rib medium rare and that is exactly how I got it. Very moist and good flavor and not an excessive amount of fat. The potato was fine with adequate loading.
My friend had the top sirloin medium rare, and that is how it came. It was very favorable and tender, she loved it. Her potato came exactly as she ordered it.
We will definitely come again, even without coupons.

We love how great the food is! Our steaks are always tender and they have the largest shrimp we've seen in a long time. The coupon for second entree for $8.99 is a great deal. The creme brulee is so delicious!
I also love the cucumber dill dressing.

the price and the size of the order was way over priced

Best grilled salmon for lunch, good prices and portioned for the meal. Vegetables are perfectly steamed. Well done.

We ordered the prime rib dinner for two. Let me warn you this is A LOT of food. You receive a prime rib cut 8 oz., potato, vegetables and salad. You ALSO get an appetizer sampler platter that includes a small portion of cocktail srimp, fried zuchini, celery and potato skins. For dessert it is a big hunk of chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream to boot! The food was nicely prepared and tasted great with the exception of the appetizers. The appetizers seems liked yesterday's leftovers reheated. You can substitute some items. The server was very attentive and met all of our expectations. The atmosphere is pleasant, but not outstanding. Overall, a great meal for a fantastic price! : )

Over the meal was great. The best thing was the their potatoe soup! I could make a meal of just the soup. The prime rib was OK, but had a lot of unneccessary fat on it. But overall, well worth the money. I hope the City of Lancaster revitalizes this area, because the area the resturant is located in is slowly going downhill. I would hate to see Lancaster lose another business to Palmdale because they didn't keep things up.
