Beck's Family Steakhouse

8-26-07, our first visit to Beck's as part of a surprise party for my aunt and uncle. Drinks orders were not taken however, pitchers of coke and sprite was set on the table for all without any consultation. The homemade Minestrone soup was very salty. 2 of my cousins sent the soup back for salads but I didn't want to make a fuss besides there were only 2 types of salad dressings ranch or thousand island. We prefer blue cheese. There were no chives for my baked potatos. My prime rib was cooked as ordered. the aujus was on the salty side as well. My husband's veal was on the chewy side. As guests of a party i didn't want to complain too much but the owner of Beck's need to know of our dissatisfaction. Unfortunately this was our first and last visit.

Service was horrible. Could not accomidate a surprise party of 30. Over charged for appitzers, sodas and a $35 cake cutting fee. How riduculos is that? None of this was even stated before we got the bill.
