Fish on 5th

Fish on Fifth has a youthful yet dedicated vibration. The food quality seems to vary depending on how busy the place is - overcooking and oversalting being the main issues - but the output is decent overall. The option to have fish and chips grilled rather than breaded is nice, particularly for those with gluten intolerance like myself, although cross contamination is likely, of course, so caution is wise. The yam fries tend to be rather limp, but are a nice change all the same. The curry sauce served on the side is odd - it doesn't seem to go with anything - but novelty seems to appeal to people, so someone must like it.

The servers are good, friendly without being falsely schmoozy. One time there was some wise-assiness, but nothing offensive or sit-com like.

Extreamily popular place for the locals, There is a line up at 1700 hours.
Food is extreamily good and price is reasonable. Service with a smile and they do not rush you through the meal.
Would certainly go back again it was a wonderful experience.
